REPAIR LEAKING ROOF

Roof retiled 30 years ago. Recent work was done to make good all mortar work. Problem is at rear of roof where kitchen extension valley gutter joins rear of roof and kitchen extension. There is also a rear extension for the utility room and between this and the kitchen extension is a flat roof gutter area and a raised glazed area that acts as a roof to the rear lobby. Driving northerly rain has I believe found one or more weak spots. However can only see rain stain on dining room ceiling underneath valley gutter.       Advertise directly to this poster.
